Introduction
This workshop, the third in a series dedicated to the mental health of immigrant seniors, aimed to explore strategies to improve the mental health of immigrant seniors, particularly by breaking isolation and better managing stress.
Workshop Schedule
The workshop began with a presentation by Reginald Alexis on the impacts of isolation and stress on the mental health of seniors. He emphasized the importance of social engagement, healthy routines, and community support.
