Activity Overview


On Friday, April 17, 2026, RAFIO organized a youth activity focused on the difference between emotions and behaviors in interpersonal relationships.

The objective of this session was to help young people better understand their emotions, distinguish emotional reactions from behaviors, and promote healthy, respectful, and balanced relationships.

The activity took place in a caring, participatory, and reflective atmosphere. The youth demonstrated openness and strong engagement throughout the discussions and activities.


Activities Conducted


Several educational and interactive activities were carried out during the session, including:

  • Guided discussions on emotions and behaviors;

  • Role-playing scenarios encouraging reflection on different reactions in relationships;

  • Creative exercises promoting personal expression;

  • Exchanges on topics such as jealousy, control, and respect in relationships.

These activities helped youth better understand emotional regulation and the importance of adopting respectful behaviors in their personal and social relationships.
