Event Report: Youth and Family Workshop – French Storytelling Activity

Activity Overview


RAFIO organized a family and community activity as part of the “Families in French” program, aimed at promoting reading, creativity, and community engagement among Francophone families.

The objective of this activity was to encourage children’s love of reading, strengthen family and community bonds, and create a space for cultural expression in the French language.

The event took place in a warm, festive, and inclusive atmosphere. Families enthusiastically participated in all the activities offered throughout the day.


Activities Conducted


Several educational, creative, and recreational activities marked the event, including:

  • Storytelling sessions for children;

  • Creative activities inspired by the stories read during the workshop;

  • Arts and crafts workshops;

  • Face painting and balloon sculpture activities;

  • A friendly snack session that encouraged interaction among families.
