Activity Overview
On Friday, May 15, 2026, RAFIO organized a youth workshop focused on sexuality, the body, and societal taboos.
The objective of this activity was to create a safe and non-judgmental space where young people could freely discuss sexuality, respect, cultural beliefs, and their relationship with their bodies.
The workshop took place in an open, respectful, and supportive atmosphere. The youth showed great interest, maturity, and engagement throughout the discussions.
Activities Conducted
Several educational and interactive activities were organized during the session, including:
Group discussions on sexuality and taboos;
Creative activities encouraging personal expression;
Individual and group reflection moments;
Exchanges on essential topics such as respect, consent, self-esteem, and well-being.
These activities helped youth deconstruct certain taboos, better understand their bodies, and develop a healthier and more respectful view of sexuality.
Participation and Feedback
The youth actively participated in the discussions and activities offered. The exchanges were rich, respectful, and characterized by listening and trust.
Participants particularly appreciated the safe space provided and the freedom of expression without judgment, which encouraged open and constructive dialogue.
Closing of the Activity
The activity ended in a calm and positive atmosphere. The youth continued informal discussions, further strengthening their understanding of issues related to sexuality, respect, and self-esteem.
The organizers emphasized the importance of continuing to offer safe educational spaces that allow young people to express themselves freely and develop in a healthy way.
Conclusion
This workshop on sexuality, the body, and taboos helped youth develop a better understanding of their identity, their bodies, and respectful relationships.
The participants’ engagement demonstrates the relevance of continuing such educational initiatives to promote respect, well-being, and youth empowerment within RAFIO’s community.
