The activity took place in a participatory, respectful, and educational atmosphere. The youth showed strong interest and active engagement throughout the discussions and exercises.

Activities Conducted

Several interactive and educational activities were carried out during the session, including:

  • Group discussions on different forms of violence;

  • Role-playing scenarios to analyze interpersonal relationships;

  • Self-assessment exercises;

  • Creation of personal “warning cards” to identify boundaries and needs in a relationship.

These activities helped participants better understand relationship dynamics and reflect on the foundations of healthy, respectful, and balanced relationships.

Participation and Feedback

The youth actively participated in the discussions, role-playing activities, and exercises. The exchanges were rich, constructive, and characterized by attentive listening and respect.

Participants particularly appreciated the practical activities, especially the creation of warning cards, which helped them better understand and position themselves within their own relationships.

The activity ended in a positive and reflective atmosphere. The youth continued informal discussions, further strengthening their understanding of healthy relationships and personal boundaries.

The organizers emphasized the importance of continuing to provide educational spaces that allow young people to develop critical awareness and relational well-being.

Conclusion

This workshop on types of violence and unhealthy relationships helped youth develop their analytical skills and strengthen their understanding of relational dynamics.

The participants’ engagement demonstrates the relevance of continuing such educational initiatives to promote healthy relationships, respect for boundaries, and well-being within RAFIO’s youth community.
