The objective of this activity was to create a safe space where young people could express their emotions, recognize their hidden wounds, and reflect on how to rebuild their self-esteem after difficult experiences.
The workshop took place in a respectful, supportive, and reflective atmosphere. The youth demonstrated great openness and strong participation throughout the discussions.
Activities Conducted
Several reflective and expressive activities were carried out during the session, including:
Discussions on self-perception and emotions experienced after betrayal;
Written expression exercises about thoughts and self-directed speech;
Exchanges on emotional wounds and healing processes;
Reflection moments on self-love, resilience, and personal rebuilding.
These activities allowed the youth to put words to their emotions, recognize their personal value, and begin an internal healing process.

Participants particularly appreciated the safe space provided for free expression, as well as the approach centered on introspection and self-compassion.
