The objective of this activity was to raise awareness among young people about the cycle of violence, help them recognize its different stages, and better understand its impacts on individuals and relationships.
The workshop took place in an educational, participatory, and respectful atmosphere. The youth demonstrated strong engagement throughout the discussions and activities.
Activities Conducted
Several educational and interactive activities were organized during the session, including:
Discussions on the cycle of violence;
Role-playing scenarios to analyze conflictual relationships;
Interactive exercises promoting reflection;
Guided exchanges around key questions such as recognizing signs of violence, challenges in breaking the cycle, and the stages of the process.
These activities helped youth better understand the dynamics of violence and develop critical thinking regarding abusive relationships.

Participants particularly appreciated the interactive approach of the workshop, as well as the opportunity to reflect in groups on concrete and meaningful situations.
